On Saturday 9th September I will be taking part in a 17-mile walk from Shrewsbury's Bicton Heath to Apley Castle, Telford in aid of Severn & Shrewsbury Hospice.

These facilities vital support and care to sick or terminally ill patients and their families, and every donation given will help to provide much needed help.
