We are taking part in various fund raising events throughout the year to try to raise enough to pay for a new motorised wheelchair. This page is for those who would like to donate online. Crowdfunding only allows a small window of time to fundraise and so this page is now open for anyone wishing to donate as we will be completing a walk up Mount Snowdon to the summit and back on Saturday 6th August 2016. All donations will be greatfully received and very much appreciated by Thomas and his family and friends.

Expert Group - UK Limited

Expert Group are helping to raise funds for Thomas who needs a new wheelchair, we will have various fundraisers going on over the next few weeks in order that we can help raise the funds for Thomas's much needed Wheels.

Thomas is a gorgeous little boy who is nine years old, He and his twin Isabel were born two months early and spent many weeks in Special Care.

Unfortunately Thomas was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy soon after birth. They were terrible times for his family, watching Thomas struggle to meet his milestones while his sister succeeded.

The Cerebral Palsy has affected all his limbs, although has affected his legs more and he is unable to sit, stand or walk unaided.

Consequently he is a full time wheelchair user; the condition has also left him partially sighted.

The Cerebral Palsy has not affected Thomas mentally, He attends mainstream school, he is bright and happy with an astonishing sense of humour.

All the family want for Thomas, as he grows up, is to be as happy and independent as possible. He is in constant need of specialised equipment which is not funded by the NHS and it all comes with a hefty Price Tag.

Thomas's independence will be supported massively if he were to be able to have an electric wheelchair, he is currently in a privately funded manual wheelchair, but he tires easily and struggles to keep up with his friends
