On the 21 January 2026, I will embark on a sponsored walk to raise £500 for two incredible community charities: Alexander House Community Care Hub CIC (reg. no. 16531650) and Cumbria Deaf Association (reg. no. 1088406). This journey will begin at 10 am and will involve twenty laps around our village, totaling approximately 32,000 steps.

These charities play a vital role in supporting individuals within our community who need it most. Alexander House is new and will be endeavouring to provides essential care services that uplift and empower those facing challenges in their daily lives. Meanwhile, Cumbria Deaf Association works tirelessly to ensure that deaf individuals have access to the resources and support they need to thrive.
