Cold water therapy is excellent for mental and physical health and meeting up with other beautiful mermaids on a sunday at barrasie is great for self esteem .Please help not just myself due to mobility issues but other people to gain access to sea and be at one with nature and help a person mentally and physically and laugh .At the moment i am using an old wheelchair but i struggle to use it on sand and rough ground ( me in picture ) !janice
