This lady is called Charlotte Thomas, she works for Thomas Cook and has done for 9 years and adores her job. Despite The company going bust and not being paid she has still come in every day and helped each and every person she can. She is unsure what is happening in her circumstances and isnt sleeping with the stress of it all but still puts a smile on her face and puts her uniform on and comes to help the people, which she loves doing.

We have got chatting this morning after she helped me phone for a doctor and been there.

She can‘t even pay her phone bill. So the least I would like to do is help her by trying to raise some money to help her out! I know there are lots of people following this, all in difficult situations, so please if you can spare anything at all, please donate to help her out.
