In July 2019, I will be travelling to Thailand for two weeks staying in and around an area called Chiang Mai (north Thailand). The expedition project will offer a unique opportunity for me to make a positive impact on the local community. I will undertake a task-specific project that will contribute towards the ongoing needs of local communities or other environmental priorities.

I have chosen to do a triathlon July 8th 2018 to help me raise the money I need for my trip. I think this will physically challenge me as it involves me doing an open water swim (which I have never done before!) at Dorney Lake, followed by a cycle ride and then a run.
