Story

On the 14th October I shall be competing in a Pentathlon in support of the Pent-Up Foundation at RMA Sandhurst.

The 5 Disciplines will be Riding, Fencing, Swimming, running & pistol shooting -to raise money and awareness for the The PentUp Foundation (https://pentup.org.uk/)

The PentUp Foundation (https://pentup.org.uk/) was created with the aim of using the sport of Modern Pentathlon as a means of sports therapy to support the recovery of military veterans who have completed clinical treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), giving sufferers & supporters the opportunity to train and compete in 5 new and demanding disciplines.

Any support you can provide will be much appreciated!
