Mark and Julie left NYC after 9/11 to start a new life in paradise, on the island of St John. I visited them many years ago, and it truly was paradise. They started a business (Property King) putting Mark's Cornell-honed botany skills to work, while Julie's business acumen ran the office. Now their home is destroyed.
