This page has been set up by a few folk in the NHS and IT Supplier community in memory of our friend and colleague Jason DaCosta.
Jason was a kind and very much loved member of the NHS digital family and will be very dearly missed by all of his friends and colleagues. Jason passed away very suddenly and we are all deeply gutted at his loss.
This page is to help to raise some money for Jason's wife and children in his memory and in tribute to all he did for staff and patients in our much loved NHS.
He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. Rest in Peace Jason.
