For anyone who doesn't know, my first born child, Jason, was born on 29th March 2015 but unfortunately died after 37 minutes due to health and labour complications.

Each year I try to celebrate Jason's birthday by raising awareness of neonatal loss and baby loss and help support others who find themselves in a similar situation.

When Jason died there was no bereavement suite at our local hospital and I remember feeling very alone in our grief, I didn't know anyone who had lost a baby like we had and I would like to help other parents feel less alone in those first moments of grief.

I am hoping to purchase books specific to baby loss to donate in Jason's memory and donate them to our local bereavement suite for Jason's birthday.

All donations will go towards the purchase of the books and I will be documenting those I find over on my blog too.
