I've raised £1000 to Building Primary school for untouchable children in Nepal - school affected by earthquake

SPONSOR RUN TO RAISE MONEY FOR SCHOOL BUILD & TO FURNITURE IN NEPAL ...
OK-Charity taken on a school to rebuild and renovate by Oct 2018.
A school that provides for impure, polluted and untouchable. These are the words that are used to describe a class of Nepalese people known as Dalits. This school is in a village in the mountains of Nepal 30km outside Pokhara. The school caters for low class families who cannot attend normal government schools, or boarding schools due to their caste. The school has approx. 40 children with 6 of them orphans, the ages of the children is between 3 to 12 years old.
The school is not funded by anyone, local villages ask for donations from local businesses and also contribute where they can. Only three teachers are supplied by the government.
Its such a shame that in today’s world we are still discriminating based on caste, it’s a shame they get out casted, they cannot go into people homes, have difficulty with jobs etc.
Nepalese government has taken steps towards resolving the entrenched practice of untouchability, in the villages of rural Nepal. According to section 24(1) of the constitution:
No person shall be subjected to any form of untouchability or discrimination in any private and public places on grounds of his or her origin, caste, tribe, community, profession, occupation or physical condition. However this is still happening.
WORK TO BE DONE
Building 4 classroom
Bringing electric supply to the school
Installing a water septic tank and water supply
Toilet to be built on the school, currently a ten minute walk away from the school

We are continuing to look for donation and volunteers.
