Story
We all know the devastating events yesterday in our beautiful town through the cruel act of arsonists. My heart, as I am sure all of yours, goes out to the people who have found themselves homeless. Our fire and rescue team risked their lives for us and I would like as many people as possible to donate, no matter how small, as it will make a difference and help people get back what they have lost.
These fires travelled so quickly that people did not have any time to take anything from their properties other than their pets. Many have lost everything. Thank you for helping - it means a lot

Thank you to everyone that supported the Javea Fire Fund. We managed to raise £1,225 which will help people who have lost their possessions. This is now being sent to the bank account for the disaster via the Mayor's office. Thank you to each and every one of you who donated it means a lot :)
