Hi

My name is Jayden, over the last few months I have been truly inspired by Mark Crossley, walkingsbrilliant and what I’ve seen Chris Kirkland do to help others and raise the awareness of Mental Health.

For the month of February I will challenge myself “everyday” to walk and reach 100km target for the month.

Any money I raise I will donate towards walkingsbrilliant £50000 target to NHS and Mental Health charities.

It’s a difficult time for everyone at the moment and if you reading this and can’t donate, please make sure you get yourself out there and exercise. “walkingsbrilliant”
