This is @manydownstimetogetup second event This has been a long hard battle with mental health issues of my own I suffer from cptsd/ptsd and have gone onto not just with my own struggles but to support familys and veterans in there Time of need we have piloted a veterans hub and since have become a familiar face around cardiff.we have partnered south wales police on few occassions now we wish to put practice in to action to save lives making a instant support network

This year's campaign is #STANDBYME and we are riding from edinbourgh to cardiff and we need you and your support to raise money so we can start to make a bigger impact and highlight and how to prevent suicide in our community and support many more.
