Some of you may already know but for those who don't- I'm heading out to Ukraine in September as part of a team working in partnership with YFC Ukraine and my church's mission partners.
We'll be heading to Nove Selo orphanage to do a week of activities and bible crafts with the kids and teenagers. We plan to do cooking, crafts, sports and woodwork.
Ukraine is not a rich country and poverty is a major issue so we are hoping to cover as much of the costs incurred during our visit as we can, and to be able to leave some funds for the local church to continue to visit and work within the orphanage throughout the year.

We take these type kids camps for granted, and I'm sure most of you went along to one when you were younger but this is not something that happens a lot in Ukraine and they really look forward to our teams visits!
