Story
As many of you are aware in July 2025 i was diagnosed with pancreatic Neuroendocrine cancer & metastates to the liver.
Neuroendocrine cancer is the 10th most prevalent cancer in England and the second most prevalent gastrointestinal cancer, but is still takes an average of 4.5 years for someone to be diagnosed with Neuroendocrine cancer from first symptoms. And there are still 6000 people diagnosed with it, that’s 1 person every 90 mins.
With it being one of the lowest funded charitable organisations I am wanting to help raise as much money as possible through cake sales, fundraisers, and a grueling running challenge that will be taking place later in the year starting at the Neuroendocrine office in Leno from spa on September the 26th and ending in Widnes on September the 29th.
The challenge will be taken on by family, friend and work colleagues all to help raise money and awareness towards Neuroendocrine cancer.
Please help out and give whatever you can which will go a long way to helping not just my self but thousands of others
Look out for Jays Neuroendocrine Journey on social media to keep up with how Im getting on and for information on all upcoming events
Thanks
Jason
