Story

Jeannette has been asked by many friends that because they were unable to attend Phil's funeral, many would like to make a donation to a charity of her choice. Whilst Phil believed in giving to charities, especially Cancer Research he liked also to give to the people close to the ground if you can understand. Whilst he was in the renal ward at Basildon Hospital he asked the staff if there was any gift he could buy to ease their everyday lives. The response was a request for a Dyson tower fan for their rest room. Unfortunately it arrived after Phil came home and during the lockdown, as soon as it is possibleJeannette will present it to them. It is with this in mind that she would like to purchase a gift also for the carers from St Lukes Hospice at Home and also the carers from the Marie Curie centre, who looked after him with such care and kindness. So if you are happy to contribute to this please make a donation and the purchases of gifts will be made as soon as possible in Phil's memory, many thanks in advance.
