Martha's dream is to go onto Dance school and then to become a professional dancer, or dance teacher - she currently takes Ballet (Grade 6), hip hop, and contemporary dance. In September she will also be taking Tap, and acro lessons.
As you can imagine this is fairly pricey, I am a lone-parent and exist totally on disability benefits - I have a long term neurological condition. Without support from my family and Martha's father this would be virtually impossible. Martha also acts as my carer whenever she isn't at school.
Martha's dream summer would be to attend a summer school next year. This will take place at the pineapple studios in Covent Garden. She would spend the week under the tuition of such professional dancers as Wayne Sleep and dancers from Matthew Bourne productions.
The week long session is £300 and then on top I would also need to provide money for accommodation/travel etc, any help with this would be very gratefully appreciated x
