Story

When I was first diagnosed with cancer in January I was moved by how thoughtful and generous people were in raising money to help me and my family.

Now, almost 6 months after the "experts" said I would have succumb to the cancer I am still here and have an opportunity to show a kindness back. There is a family where mum has cancer and there is a chance she can get some revolutionary treatment in Germany but the cost is astronomical. They have their own fundraising page but to try and help I have registered for a 10k run in Feb 2017. Those of you who know me will realise my idea of exercise is walking to the car so I'd better get training.

Every penny will help this family so please please please help me to help them.
