I will be walking a marathon in a day on 25th March to raise money for Swim Bournemouth, Ella's swimming club. This last year has been so incredibly hard for everyone and the thought of some form of normality resuming over the next few months is positive news. However this third lockdown has taken its toll on the club, with pool hire costs rising, monthly charges still to pay, swimmers unable to train and the club being unable to hold vital swim meets, fund raisers, raffles etc to generate income that it relies on. Swim Bournemouth have been so supportive towards Ella, especially during her recent spinal fusion surgery and this amazing club is such a huge part of her life. Any donation big or small will be so gratefully received and will go towards keeping her club afloat. Plus...walking this distance in a day is a big challenge personally!! Thanks :)
