Dear All,

Suicide is the single biggest killer of young men in the UK & Ireland today taking our precious loved ones in an unimaginable way for us to understand. Eight years ago my world fell apart in a minute when, I lost my Brother Ciaran due to the mental health that; he was suffering and ultimately, the taking of his own life. Ciaran left behind family and friends who in our own way have never gotten over his passing and probably never will but more so, just learnt to live with the daily heartbreak. Due to my understanding of the devastation left behind after suicide, I would like to raise awareness to others. Let it no longer be a stigma and try to help others who may find themselves in need of help. I have recently come across a Charity by the name of JOCA (Just One Click Away), who through their own experiences have come together to support those who may need help or those who are left behind. On the 6th July Antonio and I will be doing 112 miles in one day around the beautiful Ring of Kerry; (it's quite hilly) in order to raise funds to donate to JOCA so, they can continue to support; a Son, a Brother, a Father, a Cousin, a Friend, an Uncle, the person standing next to you!
