Story

Mandy Cooper suffers from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), which is a rare and incurable genetic disorder that causes the production of faulty collagen in her body. This makes the ligaments in her spinal cord and neck unstable, causing irreversible damage.

Mandy will be having surgery to fuse her skill and vertebrae together. However, she still needs support for physio etc. to enable her recovery. Any money raised will also go towards: , post-op scans , all required medications during the stay , complications insurance and specialised accommodation for the duration of post-op care.

Please help me raise as much as I can to help Mandy! I'll be completing a continuous 8 hour spinathon in the gym foyer of Ribby Hall health club. Please let me know if you'd like to sign up to "put a shift in" on the bike- even for 5 minutes, every little helps! Just let me know the time and how long you'd like to spin for!

Thank you so much for your support - it's for a very good cause!! Feel free to come to Ribby Hall on the 14th of October from 10am to say hi :)
