At the start of the year I was feeling really quite lost. I knew I needed to leave teaching but had no idea what I should do instead. Over the next few months God kept nudging me to give up my job and trust in him. I did, still with no idea what I should go onto. Then I started to feel called to go abroad, but not really a clue as to what I should do. Eventually my heart started to go out to these women & children who have been trafficked and sold in all forms of slavery. I knew this was what I should be doing.

There are over 4 million women and children trafficked every year from all over the world. It's distressing to think about the awful lives they live. Vietnam has a huge proporation of these women and children trafficked across the world and have seen a rise of 13.5% in the last year alone . However for every person rescued and rehabilitated more are trafficked. I want to help.

So come the end of January the plan is to leave the UK for Vietnam for 6 months. There I'll be working with a couple of charities using all my skills & abilities to help in any way that's required. Check out their websites below for more information:
