I've raised £1000 to help fund a new community Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

Roger (Dickie) Bray sadly passed away in October 2016 following a Cardiac Arrest. A cardiac arrest happens when your heart stops pumping blood around your body. It is possible to survive and recover from a cardiac arrest, if you get the right treatment quickly.
I would like to raise money to help fund a community accessible AED which would be available 24/7 to members of the public in Camborne. I have applied to The British Heart Foundation for a grant towards the cost of the AED and I am also in talks with a local school as to wether they would be happy to have the AED located on their school gates. This would enable several local children to benefit as well as the residents of this highly populated area, maximising the benefits to our local community.
I am running the Great South Run in Portsmouth on October 22nd 2017 and would appreciate any support people could offer in way of donations to support our local community, and the memory of Roger Bray.
