Story
To support International volunteering in South Africa along with a local girl guiding group.
To help combat one of South Africa's largest and mostly preventable deaths, 600,000 people die every year due to being overcome by toxic smoke whilst cooking indoors. Today three billion people are still believed to be cooking and heating their internal homes with open fires and simple wood burning stoves. This occurance kills more people each year than TB, AIDS and Malaria.
We shall be working with partners to educate and provide individuals with equipment that will remove this entire risk.
Educational groups are required to reach those in remote locations unaware of this silent killer.
