Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my Just Giving Page, I am trying to raise much needed funding for German Shepherd RRR (Rescue, Rehabilitate, Rehome).

German Shepherd RRR is an unfunded and non-registered rescue who rely solely on the generosity of the public. Husband and wife team, Ray and Kathy Quinn, run this amazing sanctuary. They are continually improving conditions at the site and are currently fundraising to bring an electricity supply to the centre. This would make such a massive difference to the volunteers and of course all the dogs. Ray and Kathy are incredibly supportive and generous with their time and knowledge, they have been an inspiration to me over the last 10 years.

My Challenge is to swim in the Irish Sea every day in February. I will be supported by the Ballywalter Swimmers and Dippers. Now given that it's the Irish Sea and it’s freezing and also that I have a fear of open water this is no small feat for me. If you would like to donate, please click on the link below. You are also very welcome to come along and watch. I will be posting swim times and my progress as I go along.
