Instinctive is not just a gym its a family, this is a place where our children can go to learn how to defend themselves against bullies, a place they go to make friends, to learn the importance of health and wellbeing, gain confidance, and enjoy themselves this is so impornt nowdays when there is so much pressure on children they can come here and have a great time and learn an amazing new set of skills, the owner and trainers here are amazing they do amazing work and now we are asking for any contributions you can spare to help buy some new equiptment for the gym, anything is greatly appreciated and will all go towards improving the lives of all the people who attend and the local community.
