    Story

In September, I will be completing the Scotland’s North 500 Cycle in the aim to raise money to fund raise for a family member who is in great need of help.

Mental health is a growing public concern, with anxiety and depression being the most common mental health issues. 16.6% of adults in England report that they drink alcohol on hazardous levels and nearly 4% of adults in England show signs of drug dependence. (Mental Health Awareness statistics)

In Scotland, mental health is one of the major health concerns. It is estimated that 1 in 3 people are affected by a mental health problem each year. The most common mental health issues being anxiety and depression. (BBC)

We all know someone who is affected by mental health which is why I want to help.

All donations will go towards Scottish Mental Health Awareness.
