£30,000 for a health/medical cause

Barry Harmsworth is paralysed in a Dubai Hospital from a spinal tumour. Both he and his wife have no money. They won't shrink the tumour without 30.000 GBP in advance for treatment at the advanced radiation centre. Medivac is even more expensive. I am a British nurse who lived in Dubai for years. Please help me to help them.
