We focus so much time on other things that often we lose thought for what is happening on the inside.... We forget to take time for our minds, to have time to process our thoughts and feelings and to focus on our Mental Health.

Mental health isn’t just about anxiety and depression...it’s about self care, taking time for YOU, sitting on your own with your own thoughts and learning what and who truly makes you happy!

I am so passionate about raising awareness for Mental Health... I see it every day in my work..I’ve had times of experiencing bad times myself and I know some people I love do too!!! I want people to understand and listen....i want people to reach out and ask others how they are, take time for yourself and focus on how you may be feeling!! I want people with Mental Health to feel supported, un-ashmed to say they aren’t okay and to not feel alone. We live in a world of people, we should feel we can reach out to them, let them listen and understand, be that person that listens and understands.... help people when they need you the most ❤️ I’m raising money for MIND because this is exactly what they do..raise awareness and provide support and advice to people who aren’t in the best places with their Mental Health but also make others aware and help them understand how they can help others! I am doing Colour Run this year proudly for MIND - no doubt it will be a fun filled day of lots of happiness but if I could raise money too....well that would be amazing ❤️
