I am running a 5km Mud Monster Run on June 3rd and am raising money for a charity very close to me. A close friend of mine- Andrea Charlwood rescues cats that have been abandoned or where the owners can no longer look after them so they need a new home, all round the South.

She currently has over 40 cats at her home that need that forever loving home of their own. Having so many cats does come at a price and times are hard keeping so many moggys safe and well and she does a fab job so any small donation anyone can give will go to helping these cats so they are ready to go to that new home.

Any donation would be incredible and would go towards vet bills, food, litter, toys and to the general running of looking after these animals. This weather is cold enough for anyone, especially small animals so the donation would also help to the running of the heating and keeping them warm and safe in this weather.

Andrea gives up all her time to care for these cats and is devoted to helping and looking after them until they get their new home and start in life. She is a remarkable lady and any donation, no matter how big or small, will help her and her furry friends immensely!!
