On Saturday 14th July 2018 Jimmy (James Davies) went into hospital for surgery on his heart. Something he was excited for as it was to be the first steps towards a new lease of life. Unfortunately multiple complications led to him remaining on life support, and sadly passing away during the following week.
Jimmy left behind friends and family who are truly shocked and devastated by what has happened. He leaves behind 3 grandchildren who idolised him, and a son and daughter who now have no parents to guide and support them. He was their rock and that has been taken away so suddenly.
He was a loyal man who would genuinely do anything for anyone and would go out his way to help those in need. He was loved by everyone he met and left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
However, Jimmy being Jimmy did not take out life insurance and his son and daughter are desperately trying to raise the money for his funeral costs. They have very young children and this is putting a lot of extra strain on them as they want to give him the send off he deserves.
Therefore, I have come on here to ask for help. Help to take some of the pressure off this grieving family and help to show Jimmy how appreciated he was.
For those who knew him and will be attending the funeral, even a small donation instead of flowers, or sympathy cards will be greatly appreciated. Every little contribution will have a massive impact (just like little Jimmy!)
