In memory of Jen, we are raising funds to continue something very special — Jen’s Pack.

During the COVID pandemic, Jen worked at the Hope Centre in Coventry and became known for quietly going above and beyond for people facing homelessness and hardship. While many people donated everyday essentials, Jen took the initiative to turn those donations into practical packs for people without stable accommodation.

The team began calling them “Jen’s Packs”.

Jen sadly passed away in early 2023, but her kindness, compassion and the impact she had on others has never been forgotten.

After being continued through Foleshill Community Hub, Verto Living is now proud to carry Jen’s Pack forward.

Today, Jen’s Pack provides welcome packs for vulnerable adults moving into supported accommodation — helping people settle into a new space with dignity and the essentials many of us take for granted.

A Jen’s Pack may include items such as:

Toiletries

Toothbrush & toothpaste

Towels

Hairbrushes

Sanitary products

Toilet roll

Mug, bowl & cutlery

Other everyday essentials

For someone moving in with very little, these small items can make a huge difference.
