    Story

For a while now i've been campaigning really hard to gather funds in order to referbish the dismal park at Mariners Close after it coming to the end of its useful life many years ago. With only one swing and a broken see-saw the children of the estate still continue to try and make best of the equpitment they have . With obseity rates rising and technology taking over our lives surely we should be encouranging children to play outdoors, yet instead they're being stripped of their ammenities and stripped of this park with plans to take away the equiptment and transforming the area into a grassland with mounds and wildflowers , meaning ball games would not even be allowed . Please help the Friends Of Mariners Close stand up for our local residents by restoring this park!

    Thankyou Xxxx
