Two weeks ago I qualified for my first ever age group championships, after winning my qualifier race at Oulton Park spring Duathlon. I received an email from British triathlon saying I had been selected to represent Great Britain at the ITU Duathlon World Championships which is held out in Denmark later this year. However in order to compete and to represent my country which is a once in a lifetime experience and a dream come true I need to raise £750 due to lack of funding. The money raised will contribute towards my race entry, team GB kit, food, transport and accommodation for the event.
