I've raised £200 to help medicate, feed and shelter Staffordshire Bull Terriers in need of forever homes.

Staffordshire Bull Terriers are beautiful dogs weaved to be villains by the press. Their personalities - if tampered with - can be used to cause harm, just like any other animal when beaten, starved and mutilated.
They are trained to fight other dogs for money in every environment, from dirty back alleys to rings constructed by quarterback superstars such as Michael Vick, who was convicted yet still hailed as a hero by his fans and is being offered recognition on walls of fame.
Sentencing and justice for these dogs is often so light it stings the hearts of activists who work so hard to protect them and overturn the laws that work against them.
BSL (Breed Specific Legislation) villainises innocent dogs, including the pit bull terrier. The Pit Bull and Staffie are two different breeds of dog, but look alike, and so Staffies often get caught up in the laws that ban pit bulls. Regardless, neither dog is dangerous unless provoked. They only know what they are taught.
Each one has an individual personality and it's outright discrimination that has led to the torture and murder of millions of dogs like Bear.
Step forward the many Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescues that pepper the UK! These amazing places take in Staffies that otherwise would have been killed in shelters where they have been dumped or surrendered. They clean, house, medicate, spay, feed and warm these dogs until someone opens their heart to give them a home where they can live out their remaining days in deserved happiness.
Many of you will have seen my constant updates of Bear, my own adopted Staffie whom I love dearly and has brought me more joy than I could have ever imagined, but there are so many just like him just waiting for the chance to prove they are better than what the media tells you.
I am raising funds for a special rescue in the UK, I always do lots of heavy research into which one I choose, so your money will go to a rescue that needs it.
Thankyou.
Jessica.
