Jesse is 8 years old and wants to raise money for the Stroke Ward at Glan Clwyd Hospital by cycling just over 30 miles from abergele to Llandudno, around the Orme and home. This will take place on Sunday 14th June 2020. Jesse’s Taidy spent a long time in the ward after his stroke and more recently his Nanna was also admitted after suffering a stroke. The Ward also focuses on Rehabilitation and we are aware that there are limited specialist equipment available that would be of huge benefit to someone who has suffered a stroke As well as games etc to help with memory and coordination. The money raised will be given to the ward in memory of Taidy and am sure it will be of benefit to the patients.
