I'm trying to raise £150 for Kreslu Police charity.

I'm running the great South Run on the 20th October which is 10 miles. This will be the furthest I've ever ran.

The Charity itself, Kreslu, provides support to Police Officers, staff and volunteers injured in the line of duty or with a life changing illness. The charity focuses on Police based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, or those outside of Cornwall who may be injured here whilst supporting us in the Duchy.
