Hiya! I'm running a 10k this month on the 27th May in Hyde park to help fundraise for my trip to Honduras. The trip is a week-long group project in which our goal is to legally empower and educate a rural community. We will be able to shadow a Honduran human rights lawyer as they work with families, plan and stage educational workshops and take part in a legal clinic. Through the clinic we will give legal consultation on a case assigned to us before our departure. It will be a great experience as I'm excited to start a career in family law after uni and the cases are likely to focus on separation or domestic abuse.
