This lovely little girl is 3 year old Ezzy, who was born 11 weeks early and was later diagnosed with cerebral palsy. These problems have prevented her from having the strength to be able to walk unaided. We are helping her raise money so that she can have an operation to allow her to walk. Ezzy and her family could really do with all of your help and support, as the operation costs £80,000.

The SDR surgery along with the aftercare will free Esme from the cruelness of the spasticity in her body forever, allowing her to take steps unaided for the first time.

We need to raise £80,000 to take Esme over to St Louis Childrens Hospital to have this life changing surgery which involves a stay in St Louis for 5 weeks. Esme will undergo a high level of Physio almost straight after surgery in order to have the best results.

Esme will have use of St Louis Children's Hospital's fantastic Physio play area, which is a vital part of the success of the SDR aftercare treatment. This will then also continue on Esme's return home.

Our dream for Esme is for her to have the SDR surgery with a positive and successful outcome.

There has been lots of fundraising for Ezzy so far with thousands of pounds raised but there's still a little way to go to reach the target! We aim to arrange a little family festival called ' EzzyFest'. There will be a BBQ, bar, cakes, stalls, bouncy castle, character story time, live music etc. This all costs money to arrange, so we are asking for your help with donations to make this festival happen. We are hoping to raise lots of money for Ezzy by selling tickets, bar sales, food sales and the stalls. Please help us to make this happen so we can be one step closer to changing Ezzy's life......
