Story

Unfortunately my great nanna was diagnosed with cancer this past year. As a family we were all devastated but supported her the best way we could. We all knew she would beat it as she is a strong lady.

Thankfully, she beat cancer but had to have radiotherapy as part of her recovery. There was a possibility that she would lose her hair. So, I promised her that I would grow my hair and get it made into a wig for her.

Because my nanna no longer has cancer and her hair is not falling out I don’t need to make her a wig. However, in her honour I am still growing my hair and donating it to an amazing charity called the princess trust. They give wigs to little girls and boys who have cancer.

I have decided that as well as donating my hair I would raise money to donate as well. I would really appreciate it if everyone could sponsor me for cutting my hair to make a little girl or boy happy.

Thank you ❣️
