A team of us from Church Walk surgery are raising money for equipment for the new room and within the surgery.

We have set ourselves a challenge to see HOW MANY TIMES we can walk the Viking Way (which 149 miles in total). We hope to beat a 1000 mile target between the 1st of May and 30th June. This will be done virtually and physically and our efforts tracked on Strava and tallied up each Sunday. A group of us will be walking a 10 mile section between Wellingore and Lincoln in June in Viking Hats so look out for us and the pics on our social media account.

If any of our lovely patients would like to participate and walk any of the Viking way themselves please send us your pictures next to the Viking way footpath signs so we can see your evidence.

We like to encourage physical activity within the surgery to our staff and patients to encourage a healthy lifestyle & long lives. Please get behind us and support us in anyway you can.
