Life&Soul Counselling delivers high quality, professional counselling for individuals in and around Glasgow.

Jo, Claire and the rest of the team at Life&Soul Counselling are passionate about mental health and believe that support should be available to all individuals, regardless of economic status. We therefore offer counselling at considerably reduced rates to enable unrestricted access to ours our service.

We would like to continue to provide high quality resources and experiences for our clients to enable them to have the support they need to process both past and present issues and to live life free from the things that are limiting them.

Mental health difficulties are prevalent and so the work of Life&Soul counselling makes a significant difference to the lives of those it touches.
