Wotton Silver Band - Carolling 2021 'Virtual Bucket'
Over the next few weeks, the band will be out and about in the community playing carols. The band is entirely self-funding and raises its money through members' subscriptions, our summer concert programme and most of all, through our extremely busy Christmas Carolling programme which the band relies on to cover its costs for the 12 months to come.
The band is continually striving to encourage young people to join us through our learner and training bands and meanwhile, the main band continues to work hard to maintain its high playing standards and provide Wotton with a band to be proud of!
We will be doing our best over the next couple of weeks to bring some Christmas cheer by playing in the community in small groups. If you hear us and we make you smile , please make a donation here in our 'virtual bucket'.
