Thank you for taking the time to read about my best friends Joanna Hall story.. I'm setting up this page to help raise money for flights to and from Palestine for my best mate one way and on return to travel with her daughters also money to get a legal document that allows them to return also accommodation for my her whilst she waits for the legal document. have been in Palestine for the past 4 years, they travelled with there father to never return. They are only 9 years old and 7 years old. The whole family miss them terribly and our home has never been the same without them. My friend has tried for all those years to bring them home, with no luck.

She has been in contact with reunite, British and Israeli embassy and they have refused to help her on the grounds that they are with their father and the country is run by Sharia Law, so he has more rights then she does. Reunite are a great organisation and even they have exhausted all options. Currently they do not have a legal gaurdian as there father has been shot by police and is criticle condition.

But still this is not enough for the embassy to assist her in collecting her daughters and returning them home.

If She just go and take them She will be arrested for re-abduction so the legal document is essential.

Their passports have expired so it's not as easy as just flying out and bringing these little princesses home.

Her only option now is to fly out there and get a lawyer on her side to fight her corner in a Sharia court, on the grounds that he is unfit to look after them and they need to be returned home.

She has been in touch with lawyers in Israel and been told courts will cost between £2000-£3000.

So I'm trying to raise the money so she can fly out as soon as possible to bring her little girls home back to their family where they belong..

As a legal mater we are finding it hard to find a charity to help so at the moment are seeking any way forward to get these girls home?!? If anyone else knows of charities that could help please let me know or message me
