    Our school for girls in rural Uttar Pradesh, India, has been running since July 2004, when we started with 126 girls, building to over 550 girls at the time the pandemic hit. We need financial support to keep our school going so it can weather this storm and recover later this year! Find us online here.

      I have been working in international education since starting this school back in 2004. I have worked on education projects, programmes and research in 10 sub-Saharan African countries, and India and Bangladesh. I am now a Teaching Fellow in Education at Edinburgh University.
