Weʼre raising £3,000 to teach Yoga to Autistic women and girls in Greenwich, London by starting a social enterprise

What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

I was recently diagnosed at the age of 44 years old with ASD and ADHD. It puts into context all the struggles that I have experienced through my life which included a breakdown that left me housebound for 2 years. For the last year Yoga has become a huge part of my life and has enabled me to get back out into the World and feel like I belong somewhere.

Many women like myself experience tremendous isolation because of our differences and symtoms of Autism. There is very little in the real World providing support for high functioning Autistic women and girls.

I am passionate about making small changes in my local community and I would love to start a social enterprise that can provide, not only Yoga classes to women and girls but a safe meeting place and a sense of community and belonging.
