I'm raising £950 to help Rudolph's ongoing long term medical care

Story

AAG rescued this sweet Breton, Rudolph, just before Christmas. He was in a complicated municipal pound in Spain which was closing down, and had stopped veterinary treatment and care. Many dogs had been rescued from this pound, but Rudolph had many health issues and so was finding it hard to get a rescue placement. AAG couldn’t say no when asked to help and with the help of a volunteer at the pound, got him to safety. Upon examination, it was found that Rudolph had cherry eye which needs surgery, a broken leg and heartworm. At the moment, his vet bill is looking in the region of £1200: he has started his pre heartworm treatment and will start the main medication - immiticide - soon. He cannot have any other surgery until heartworm treatment is complete and he is heartworm negative - it is unfortunately a long and arduous process. As soon as he is well enough, he will be booked in for his surgeries. This is an expensive trio of illnesses for us, and so if you could help us with even a small donation, we would be so grateful.

I am running the London marathon, my first one since being told I have severe arthritis in both knees and another torn meniscus. I may be injured, but this is nothing compared to this sweetheart. Please help.
