I've raised £4700 to repair the damaged roof and sandstone walls. In return, we can at least offer our house for a few days during your next Greek vacation!

Hi everyone, we are Joanna and Spyros!
Two siblings from Athens, Greece who study programming and accounting respectively and we live in our century old family's stonehouse near Corinth.
During the summer season, however, we prefer to stay in our parents altogether and the Stonehouse is offered in airbnb for a fair price.
It is the only property we have and we need all the help we can get to repair the damages. As an act of Gratitude we can offer our house for free during next summer vacations in Greece !
It needs immediate repair. The house has great prospects and with the nesessary changes it could become a beautiful gem. However, renovation is NOT why we reach you. Repairs, this is.
Our beloved house has been deteriorating for the last half a century. The outer sandstone walls are slowly but increasingly errode, partially from the salt water from sea, strong winds, earthquakes and natural aging.
But the final blow came a few months ago when a strong wind blew off the roof tiles creating a 2 meter wide hole, among other things.
The fund will go solely for the building materials needed to replace the damaged roof and some areas on exterior wall.. These materials are: polystyrene foam, roman tiles, thin sheets of plywood and exterior cement/plaster for the wall's problem areas. These will cover an area from 70 to 180 square meters. It will be made by me and my father.
tiles 13 euro /sq.m.
polystyrene 4.5 euro/ sq.m.
wood 400 euro total
cement/plaster - 35 bags of 25 kg 6 euro each
