I am sure many of you will know Vicki Adams & her amazing daughter Charlotte. Charlotte is 13yrs old, cheeky, funny but equally can be challenging. From the age of 3 Charlotte was diagnosed with severe autisum, learning challenges, social & communication dificulties. Charlotte has very little ability to speak but is able to use a variety of ways through signing, pictures , a few words and sometimes screaming !

3 weeks ago Charlotte was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma stage 4 - This has spread to her lungs and spleen.
